  1. Day 0
    Sign the agreement, get the Form 1583 packet.
    You sign online, we issue the Form 1583 packet with your name on the suite line in USPS PMB format. Email delivered next business day.
  2. ≤ 5 business days
    Validated 1583 + USPS PMB# address live.
    We validate your Form 1583 signature ourselves on a mandatory video call — no notary appointment needed. Once filed with USPS, the address is valid for Sunbiz, IRS correspondence and bank KYC.
  3. Continuous
    Envelope logged in one business day; scan speed depends on your plan.
    Every piece of mail is logged within one business day. Open-and-scan turnaround depends on your plan — 1 business day on Unlimited and Premier, 2 on Essential. You decide what gets opened, scanned in full, forwarded, or shredded.
  4. Quarterly
    Address compliance check-in.
    We email a short status: any change-of-address triggers and your Sunbiz registered-agent state. No upsells in the email — just what changed and what it means.
